    You have already contacted the support. Please check your email addresses in your Avira customer account.
    You can log in to your customer account with the email address that was used for the order. There you can find your license under Subscriptions: https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans.

    You can get additional information from the support you have already contacted.
