Paid subscription for Avira Antivirus Pro, but not have it.  And not attend to my query.

I've posted this before, but the support team has not answer my query yet. I've posted that:

"It is so contradictory that I cannot answer your question on a public forum and still you ask me to give to the details here. Is there any other channel you can provide that I can give your the reference number?"

Is there any customer with the same problem?
