Quarantine Exception

Hi,
One of my programs is constantly being placed in quarantine despite the fact there is an exception rule setup. This is the exception rule:
c:\program files\qbittorrent\
I am using Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64bit with Free Avira.
It picks up the files in that folder and I can't find the solution on your forums.
Please can you help.

Since Windows 7 is quite old and is no longer supported by Microsoft, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Windows 7.

Yes the system is running on the latest version of Windows 7 64 bit.
Is the exception path below correct for the entire folder to be included in the exemption?
c:\program files\qbittorrent\
