I have paid twice for my latest subscription

I paid £85.99p for my subscription renewal on 30th December 2021. I then received a reminder from you that I hadn't paid, so I paid another £85.99p on 7th January 2022. The confusion may have arisen because this was over the Christmas and New Year period.
As I have paid twice, can you please confirm that my subscription has now been received and, consequently, return the over payment of £85.99p to my account.
