Cant use my Avira Prime product
AbgeschlossenHello, I recently paid for an Avira Prime subscription. However, on my account there are no active subscriptions and I can't install and use the product.

You will have received documents about the payment of the subscription.
Please log in to your customer account with the email address that was used to order the license. This is especially important if you have multiple email addresses in your Avira customer account.Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
