New account Avira prime 2 jr 25 users private

I just bought Avira prime 25 users.
I cant install it on my newest PC.
It says that i dont have a licence ????
I am using Avira for more than 10 years.
i want to install Avira prime 25 on all my pc's, windows, mac, ipad etc.
My ew email adres is: Email address removed
The old email was Email address removed
Mayby the email is the problem???
Please make it possible to inmstall Prime on all my pc's.

Did you log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the license? This is especially important if 2 email addresses are stored there.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
If the license is not displayed, unfortunately the access data is not correct.You are writing here in a publicly accessible forum, personal data can and may not be questioned or answered in this forum according to the Data protection GDPR.
