android app - no password suggestion or cant identify app

serious issue withthe android app

its as if it can only function in chrome (not sure about other browsers)when dealing with / working in apps - it offers all and every single password I have stored (in a strange string format too) as if it cant identify - have to open app - go in and search, copy - back to other app then enter

secondly it cant suggest a password when signing up to apps

 

Surely this is an easy fix or am I doing something wrong here
