On 22-2 I accepted your offer to buy AVIRA PRO. I paid via PALPAY.  So now I just need to receive download links and a licens number so I can get started. Hope you can help me??

  Hello Bent,

  We have removed your e-mail address for your security.

  Please log in to your customer account with the e-mail address you used to order the licence. Your licence will then be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions.  
  Each subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
  Please look under Subscriptions, from there you can install directly.
  If it is not displayed, the access data is not correct.
