    Unfortunately, you have not provided us with important information.

    • Which Avira version did you purchase? (Pay or Free, exact description)
    • Where did you buy the license, in the Avira online store?
    •  Which phone are you using? (Manufacturer, version number)

    You write:


    I could not log in to the PC/Browser version of Avira and created a new account instead.

    Creating a new account is not helpful, the license is activated on the order email address and can only be opened with it. You have  2  e-mail addresses in your customer account.
    Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used during the purchase and is automatically activated under it.
