Delete a free Avira account (unable to reset password, reset link not visible in email)

Hello,

I need help deleting a free Avira account. The Outlook email address would not let me reset my password, so I uninstalled and reinstalled Avira with an Apple ID email that I can access more easily. Is there a way to delete the other account? I cannot login to delete it because the reset password does not appear/is deleted in outlook and prevents me from resetting it to delete it. Thank you.

  So, you have installed 2 x the free Avira version?

  Did you follow the instructions below to uninstall it? See:
  Uninstallation of Avira for Windows – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | Avira

  We cannot understand your problem with the password. We have no access to your installation. You did not tell us the installed OS.

  You can delete the unwanted account if no licenses are activated with it.
  Unfortunately, we cannot follow your information, especially the reset password.
