    Unfortunately, we here at the community do not have access to your customer account, so we cannot check your installation.
    But for your security, if your installation is correct, log in to your customer account with the email address with which you purchased the license at that time, under which the trial version and later the purchase version was installed on your device.

    If the Prime version is still displayed there, you can reach the support team from there under "Support" and you can point out your cancellation to the support team again.

    If your canceled license is not displayed there, there should be no danger that you still have a paid license installed or active.
    But if the canceled license is displayed in your customer account under support, you can contact support directly. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your customer account here in the community to make a correction. Thank you for your understanding.
