    Hello James,

    We do not fully understand your statements.

    You write: I have set up an Avira account with a Google login.
    So, you have logged into the Avira customer account?

    Please look in your Avira account under Subscriptions and check whether the purchased licence is displayed there:
    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans 

    If it is not displayed there, your access data to the purchased licence is not correct.
    Only if the licence was purchased in the Avira Online Shop, the subscription is automatically activated directly in the Avira customer account under the email address of the order.
    If the licence is displayed in the Avira customer account under Subscriptions, follow the installation instructions:

    Do the other applications of your Prime license work?

    Is the licence displayed in your Apple account? 
     
    Please check your settings for activating the purchased licence.

    You have unfortunately replied with a "no-reply" email. This is a notification email that only serves to inform you about a new comment in your post.
