VPN malfunctions?
BeantwortetI'm using Avira Phantom VPN for quite some time. More than a year i think. It was always the best VPN as it was working quite fast and all blocked sites were working just fine. I'm using it for a separate browser. Edge for daily stuff and Opera + Avira for everything which is unaccessible.
But since yesterday I'm getting a very strange problem - Avira connects fine, it's said that connection is protected etc. But nothing is loading. After 10 sec or so I get the error that connection has timed out. I've tried to turn it off, delete and reinstall, cleared all cache from the browser, restarted my PC. Sadly it's still working quite strange - sometimes it connects and works OK and after a few minutes I'm disconnected again.
Today it's the same story - I can't connect most of the time to any site. Couple of times it's connected somehow. I haven't installed anything new to my PC, haven't changed any options in the sofware, antivirus says that system is OK.
What could be the reason?

Hello Alexander,
In the last few days there was a temporary problem with the sync of the licences.
The issue has already been fixed.
The following is a note from the "Official Avira Support Page".
It could be that the behaviour that occurred during your installation has to do with an incorrect login, caused by the described problem.
Please try to log in again with your access data.If the behaviour does not improve, we would recommend that Premium customers with a valid licence contact the support team directly, which can be reached from your customer account under "Support". From there, the support can access your customer account, which we unfortunately do not can do here in the community. Thank you for your understanding.
If anything is still unclear, please let us know, and we will be happy to help. Many greetings and have a nice Sunday

Thanks a lot for a quick response. I'll monitor it for a couple of days then. Hopefully it's as you said - temporary problem and everything is fixed now.
Nice Sinday for you as well)
