    Please log in to your customer account with the e-mail address you used to order your licence. This is especially important for you, you have  4  e-mail addresses stored in your customer account.
    What do you mean by "my two months payment lost"?

    Unfortunately, we cannot solve a problem if we are not provided with correct information.

    Unfortunately, you did not provide us with detailed information on how you installed your licence so that the subscription would work. Your  "subscription not working" unfortunately, this does not allow us to help you.
