Avira VPN Prime Traffic Limit Reached

I have Avira Prime installed on my tablet. It runs, but when I go to pick the server the list of servers is blank. Since it was blank I just let it turn on and seems to be using the nearest place. However, it continues to tell me that the traffic limit was reached and then I cannot turn it on again and have to wait to renew itself. This is PRIME and therefore it should be unlimited. Why is this happening on my tablet but not on my PC?

  If your Prime licence is installed and activated correctly, no limit should be displayed. There is no limit for the Prime version. As a publicly accessible forum, we cannot give you an answer as to why this is happening with your tablet without exact information (e.g. OS).
