How to remove avira ,, I can't delete it in my windows

Hii,
I was tring to use avira vpn then i want to delete avira at all ..
every time i tried to delete it i cant , from control panel or even in the program files
so i want to remove it at all from my windows i dont want it at all
every time i restart my PC i found its icon on the desktop ,,,
i hope u solve this as soon as possible its bothering me

My operating system is : Windows 11 insider
Version number : 10.0.22598 Build 22598
I delete the avira vpn version and it was the last version on the website
and i was through my 30 days premium trial test
every time i restart my Labtop I found avira got installed and every time i delete it from control panel but useless when I restart it keeps in !!!!!
