How to contact Avira from uk
AbgeschlossenHaving had an Avira antivirus product in the past I cancelled the order only to find that a payment for renewal has been taken. As I cannot log in as I no longer have a prime account I cant get in contact with support and Avira don't publish a phone number or email address.
Can anyone help?

As you write, you have cancelled the order.
Only Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "Support" in accordance with GDPR.

The problem is I cancelled over a year ago. Avira took a payment after my cancellation last year but my subscription had not ended so I could ask for the money to be repayed which it was. Now ANOTHER unauthorised payment has been taken, without reeipt or invoice, and I need it to be returned, preferably wihtout going to the small claims court and with the assurance that it won't happen again mext year. So I need to liaise with someone to arrange all this. I do not want to have to purchase a licence in order to be able to contact Avira to correct a mistake in their billing
