Avira deducted my money for some product and it's impossible to contact them

    Please make sure that you register at 

    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home 

    with the access data (email address and your chosen password) with which you previously purchased Avira.

    Your license will then be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions and you can contact support directly from there:

    https://my.avira.com/de/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans 

    If it is not displayed, the access data is not correct. Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.

    It would be very helpful to provide us with meaningful information for questions about the license and installation so that we can get an idea of your question. If your access data is known and used correctly, the license should be displayed, it should be possible to install it, and it should also be possible to contact support.
