Renewal cancelled but money still taken from debit card.
AbgeschlossenI cancelled my renewal long before the cut off date, but I have now been charged £29.99 for a renewal.

As you can see from the screenshot below I do not have an active subscription.

Trying to process a refund through the Avira website does not work because as soon as you click on the link, the window opens then closes again and takes me back to the main help page before I can choose the refund option. I can not use the email support because I do not have an active subscription or Avira licence.
Please can someone help?

Please never leave personal data about yourself or your license in a public forum.
You have 3 email addresses in your Avira account, please log in with the email address you used to order the license. Please check whether all of your email addresses have been verified.
Please make absolutely sure that you have registered athttps://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home
with the access data (e-mail address and your chosen password) with which you previously purchased Avira.
Afterwards, your license will be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions and you can directly run applications of your installation from there or contact the support:
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
If it is not displayed, the access data is not correct. Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
If you are logged in with the correct email address, your purchased license will be displayed, and you can carry out all settings as desired.
If anything is still unclear, please contact the support team, where you will find your contract documents.
