I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND GET A REFUND
AbgeschlossenMAY. 18, 2022: I have gone into my account to cancel a subscription for which I have been charged in EURO 27.96, 14/5/2022, but my account says I do not have a subscription - but my bank statement shows I have been charged for one. When I click on the envelope in support to contact someone and report this, I get a message that says you have to have a license to use that feature, but there is no license number on the invoice I was emailed, and no way to enter such if I had it. This company stinks. This is NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!! I WILL REPORT THIS COMPANY.

Please make absolutely sure that you have registered at
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home
with the access data (e-mail address and your chosen password) with which you previously purchased Avira.
Afterwards, your license will be displayed in your customer account under subscriptions, and you can contact support directly from there and yours will be displayed there:
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
If it is not displayed, the access data is not correct. Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
Unfortunately, questions about the license or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.
