Unfortunately, we cannot see exactly which Avira license you have purchased (for all devices).
Did you buy Avira Pro Subscription with your iPhone?
Unfortunately, you did not specify whether you purchased the license in the Avira Online Shop or in the Apple App Store.If you purchased the license in the Avira Online Shop: Please log in to your Avira customer account with the email address you used to purchase the Avira license. Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
Please make sure that you log in with your access data (email address and your chosen password) with which you purchased the license.Premium customers with a valid license and correct login can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "Support", also under:
