VPN Stopped working on IPhone

My Phantom VPN stopped working on my IPhone 12. I get a "VPN Connection Please Enter your Authentication Information" bubble popping p when I try to start the VPN. I can't find any solution online.

  As a an attempted fix I've deleted and reinstalled my Phantom VPN.  When that didn't resolve the issue I had to delete the app because the bubble would continuously pop up.  Should I leave the app deleted for now...and will we be notified when the glitch is worked out so I can reinstall my app? Thank You Lukas

  There, questions about the problem will go into a queue to inform them when the bug is fixed.

  We are a public forum and are not up-to-date on changes or bug fixes.
  To be informed immediately about the fixed bug, it would be advisable to log in there.

  Hi,

  Same problem here on iPhone7 iOS 15.4.1, Phantom VPN Version 3.9.1, build 3093

  But not a problem in iPhone 12 iOS 15.5, Phantom VPN Version 3.8.8, build 2566 

  So it's either the iOS, or the older VPN version

  I will log a support ticket
