I Purchased avira but it didn't take money and i didn't recieve it

i  purchased avira on a sale it says it sent me an email but it didn't and also didn't charge me

im just wondering what should i do 

it says 

Your subscription is active. An order confirmation email with installation instructions was sent to (my email), and is stored in your account.

The email sometimes ends up in the spam, bulk or junk mail, so please check these folders as well.

  i did it twice and i didn't get charged and i didn't recieve anything please if anybody can help me i'll appreciate that
