Special 1st year offer for 99 centimes

Last year, possibly around September, I subscribed to a special offer for 99 centimes with a duration of one year. Whilst this offer has had its uses, I respectfully request of you that Avira does not renew this subscription or attempt to automatically renew it. I wish to cancel this special offer, so that there is no renewal of it. Can you please confirm that you will do this by contacting me at my email address? Thank you for your diligence and assistance. Incidentally, this is the only means I have found on your site to contact you, as the indications for cancelling a contract did not lead me anywhere that enabled me to pursue this matter with you. If you have properly installed your license after purchase, it will be displayed in your customer account and can be cancelled from there.
Please make sure that you have registered at
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home
with the access data (e-mail address and your chosen password) with which you previously purchased Avira.
Afterwards, your license will be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions and you can contact support directly from there or cancel your license:
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
If it is not displayed, the access data is not correct. Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
Premium customers with a valid license and correct login can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "Support".Here you can find the illustrated instructions for cancelling your license:
