wrong e-mail address while purchasing

I made a mistake in writing my email address while purchasing
The payment was made and I have no license code
I read that you suggest entering the avira account and changing the email but how can I enter into an account which is registered with an email address that doesn't exist?
Who should I ask? I have the reciepe of the payment
