I do not remember subscribing to Antivirus Avira but my bank is saying that you have taken money from my account. I would like all the details you have about my account especially how and when I signed up. Please respond in ressonable time.

    It is understandable that you want information about the debit to your account.

    Normally, the bank also provides information about the order for each debit.  We do not have access to your Avira account or to any of your contract documents. This is only possible via the GDPR-compliant support by email.
