Prime subscription

On 3/22/22 I was charged $106.99 for a one year subscription to Avira Prime, reference number 3xxxxxxx8.
I want to add a device but my subscription does not show up in my account. Please help.

For your security, we have removed your personal data regarding your license and the e-mail address.
You have 2 email addresses stored in your customer account. Please log in to your customer account with the email address and the password you have chosen, with which you previously purchased the Avira version.
Your license will then be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
Unfortunately, questions about the license or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.
