    You are writing here in the community, a publicly accessible forum, unfortunately we do not have access to your customer account. Please log in to your customer account with the access data (email address and the password you have chosen) with which you previously ordered the Avira version. Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address. 

    Only with your access data, which you used when ordering, will your subscription be displayed. Premium customers with a valid license can contact the support team directly from their customer account under "Support". 

    Unfortunately, questions about the license or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.
    "I am in great trouble so please solve it", You, only you can solve it! We do not have access to your data. 

    Please check your email inbox - with which you ordered the license. There you should find all information about the subscription order, the installation instructions and the license contracts.
