"UPSPINARAKOR.COM (identity fraud)

Hello community,
I have the following problem, I hope you can help me.
A few days ago Avira gave me pop-ups with security warnings indicating the following:
"Website not secure"
"URL: upspinarakor.com"
"Type: Phishing
"Allow only websites you trust"
In truth, I have never entered the website that the warning indicates and the only options to click that appear are "ALLOW" or "CLOSE", and I have done a thousand times a deep scan of my entire PC and it does not find anything (by the way I have the PRO version of Avira).
I appreciate in advance the help of someone to solve this problem since these "pop-ups" are appearing many times a day and logically I will not click on "allow" because it is not a safe or reliable website to accept.
How do I fix it if Avira doesn't detect anything in the deep scan?
Can this type of notice be "quarantined"?
