Avira Prime subscription

I would like to share with you that when I installed Avira and decided to have Avira Prime, for free, for a few months, I was told that Avira would send an E-mail to inform us of the day when we could cancel the subscription before the free trial ends so that we would not be charged for the program. It turns out that I was not informed, and 99,98€ was taken from my account, without asking me if I accept. I consider this a robbery. All customers should have the right to be informed and questioned before being charged for something they don't want to have. I'm still waiting to hear back from Avira to see if I can get my money back. They are in no hurry to resolve the issue. Maybe because I have up to 14 days to get a refund? Please pay attention when testing Avira Primer.

You have two email addresses in your Avira customer account, one of which has not yet been verified by you. Please make sure that both email addresses are verified by you.
If you are registered with the email address of the order, your Prime subscription will be displayed at
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plansYou can contact the support team directly from there as a Premium customer with a valid and correctly registered license under "Support". The support team has your contract documents, which we unfortunately do not have access to here in the publicly accessible forum.
It is important to log in with the e-mail address of the order, then you can also apply for a refund under this e-mail address of the order or contact the support team, only there your contract documents are stored. Here, the community is a public forum, we have no insight into your customer account. We also cannot check any information about licenses GDPR-compliant by e-mail with you, this is only possible via the support team. Have you looked under the email address of the order for the allegedly undelivered email, if they're under spam emails?

Thank you for your answer. I still did not receive any answer from customer service, but I am not surprised with it. This is not possible to do because I already cancelled the subscription, I had to not pay for the prime Avira licence, after the free trial. That is why I cannot log in as a Prime client now. But even following the steps to be in contact with someone from Avire, it is simple not possible, and I do not understand why. The E-mail that was used was always one.

Did you change the name of this post?
What about the "tgtr" post?If you have cancelled your subscription, you will no longer be able to log in to your customer account.
You will only be able to contact support if you have correctly logged into your customer account with the access data for your active license. We also don't understand your e-mail address details. If you only have 1 e-mail address and have cancelled it, contact with support will no longer be possible.
In addition, there was also the contribution under "trgt".
