Prime status activation is not possible.
AbgeschlossenI used Avira successfully for 5 years.
January 2022 I decided to upgrade to Prime. I bought the upgrade through the 'shop' that Aviira presented to me for about 190 euro. I paid using credit card. Afterwards I got an invoice telling me that my card was OK.
The first weeks the upgrade performed perfectly.
Then suddenly Avira told me I should upgrade to Prime as it ran on my system only the "Free" version. I was flabbergasted. I wrote comments like this one on the community, got some replies that I should hit the "subscribe" button but hey, guys, there is no subscribe button in Avira. I can't find one.
I admit that I'm senior and only worked from 1974 until 2013 with computers.
Please be so kind to not use slang or insiders' words that only you understand.

I hope someone can make Avira work again on my pc.
It should work till 2024 but it's now on the brink of being scrapped as garbage.

You have two e-mail addresses in your customer account.
You are not writing here with the address with which the license was purchased and with which it is automatically activated. Otherwise, there is no explanation why you cannot see your license in your customer account.
Furthermore, you have already been in contact with Support, where you have correctly entered the email address of your Prime order.You are writing here in a publicly accessible forum, we do not have access to your customer account and cannot change anything about your problem with the activation of your license.
As you have already been informed, here once more the instructions for accessing your account and using your license:
Please make sure that you are logged in at
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home
with the access data (email address and your chosen password) with which you have previously purchased Avira Prime.
Afterwards, your license will be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions and you can install Avira Prime directly from there and also contact support:
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
If it is not displayed, the access data is not correct. Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
