Avira Prime will not download and install
AbgeschlossenDownloading fails a lot ... takes serveral attemps to get the exe for installation.
Installation just hangs show a message box stating '4r to 5' minutes for completion.
New computer build with Windows 10 Home 64 bit ... all updated.
Anyone having this issue?

Avira tech support hasn’t answered my question either! Avira Prime is not listed in the Apple Store.

You are writing here in the Avira Community, a public forum, we have neither access to your Avira account nor to your Avira installation. Questions about your licence can only be answered by the GDPR-compliant support team via email.
Your: "Avira Prime is not listed in the Apple Store."
Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
Please check whether you have registered correctly with the email address with which you ordered the licence. Otherwise you are not correctly registered. See the note in the Chat: "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." You have 2 email addresses in your account.
Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via e-mail, chat support and (partly) telephone.
