I can not swap my security to my new computer without the product key
AbgeschlossenI can not transfer my security to my new computer, I need my old product key. My old computer has crashed. my email is the email address has been removed< it was purchased with my Mastercard ending 0224.

For your security, we have removed your email address. Please never leave it in the public forum.
You have 2 e-mail addresses in your customer account. Please log in to your customer account with the e-mail address and the password you have chosen for this purpose, with which you previously purchased Avira.
Once you have logged in correctly, your license will be displayed in your customer account at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans and can be installed directly from there.A product key is no longer used, all products purchased in the Avira Shop can be downloaded and managed directly via the customer account.
