PWM won't work for this site

I am unable to add a password for this site:  PSECU Login - Digital Banking - PSECU.   I've tried entering this both manually by adding to PWM and by adding it when I am asked if I want to add it when I sign into the site.  When I add it manually, PWM merely changes the URL to PSECU.COM.  I've tried adding linked URLs, but it won't let me add the #_frmLogin, which is the last part of the URL. When I say add when I've signed it, PWM again reverts to PSECU.com and makes my password "test."
