Annoying alert for unsecure website

Sometimes during my web searches I reach a "bad" site that generates automatic web access to other unsecure web sites. These "automatic" access goes on and on forever, and AVIRA gives me this alert every 5 seconds:

I try to go in Avira Configuration, in this page:

Then I add the relevant URL in the list of the blocked web sites:

But it does not work.  Even if I close the browser, I continue to get the same Avira Alert for the same web site, again and again and again.

What can I do ???

  Hi Pasha45, thank you for your answer.

  I do not have a premium license, that's why I am looking for help in this forum.

  Then: I do not want to submit that URLs to Avira, I don't mind. I am not trying to access that pages by myself, I do not even see my browser trying. I simply see a plethora of alert from Avira, And I want to get rid of those messages. I am wondering WHY blocking the specific URLs in the Avira settings does not have any effect. Should I restart Avira ? Should I restart my PC ? That's the problem....

  Hello Sergio,

  Did you get a message about this malware during a scan? Have you already deleted it?

  Unfortunately, we do not have access to your installation.
  Of course, you could try a new Avira installation after uninstalling and rebooting.

  I have done a full scan with Malwarebites, but it does not find anything.

  Anyway I found a way to solve. This may be a bug in Avira.

  When I get the Message "Unsecure web site".... I click ALLOW. Avira add the site in the configuration list of sites as "allowed". I immediately change that setting to "blocked" and now it works, I do not see further alerts for that specific web site. That is not normal.....
