Deleted Avira without Cancelling Subscription First. How to cancel and get refund

Unfortunately I deleted this antivirus without cancelling the subscription first, thinking it would happened automatically on deletion, I have now been charged for the annual renewal. Apologies, but how do I now get a refund and ensure has been cancelled forthwith?

  Have you deleted your customer account according to the following instructions, although it is described there that the data cannot be restored?
