I think I didn't complete the order, but it's saying I have ordered already.
Where can I see it and cancel?

Please log in to your customer account with your access data (e-mail address with the password you have chosen) with which you previously purchased the license. After you have logged in correctly, your license will be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions:
