Passwords not loading

My passwords are not loading. When I acess the passwords list, it's blank - even though the homepage counts 284 passwords saved.

OS: Android 10
App version: 2.9

  Unfortunately, you have not described what you have already done to solve your problem.

  Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT" or under https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/support/tabs/support.
  Your installation can be checked from there.
