I downloaded the vpn app from playstore and said if I don't cancel I'll be charged. I looked in my subscriptions but I don't see anywhere to cancel. Can you advise please

  Please log in to your customer account with the email address that was used to order the license. The important thing is where you ordered the license. You yourself write:
