    Premium customers with a valid license can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "Support".

    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a public forum. Since Windows 7 is quite old and is no longer supported by Microsoft, it is to be hoped that someone here will provide information about the Windows 7 installation.
    Unfortunately, we here in the community do not have access to your installation.
    Due to the limited possibilities, it is very difficult to support outdated operating systems in a forum.
