First of all thank you very much for your answer. I have one year paid unlimited paid membership but can not connect the phantom vpn because of limit. And unfortunately I couldnt find any answer or contact adress about that. Thats why I wrote here in public forum. If you can share with me a support e-mail, I can ask them about my problem.

I have the same question. My Avira Phantom VPN says "Unlimited" but also "1.00 GB Secured Traffic." I signed up and currently pay for "Unlimited" to get around the limit. Now, my VPN isn't connecting, and I don't know if it's because I passed the 1 GB limit (which I thought I paid to get rid of).
