In case you have an issue locating your mobile device, you may need to adjust at first some settings on your device.
I. Android settings
Go to Settings → Location or Location services and enable both options:
- Use wireless networks.
- Use GPS satellites.
II. Locate device
- Log in to Avira Connect.
- Click in the left-hand menu bar the button Family Locator.
- Your mobile device is located by default.
