You have received the error message "...administration rights required..." because your computer's user account does not have sufficient rights to install new software.
You will need to either log off and log on as Administrator, or set your current rights with Administrator privileges that will allow the installation routine to run correctly. Most home computers' default settings will automatically have administrative rights and you should not experience any problems.
To check if you are logged as a user with administrative rights, please follow the steps below:
- Open menu Start → Control Panel.
- Open User accounts.
- Click Manage another account.
All users accounts will be listed on the page. Each account has assigned a status (Administrator, Standard User, etc.). Before installing or reinstalling the software or prior to proceeding with any action that requires administrative access, please make sure that you are logged into Windows under an account with the status "Administrator".
If you are not sure under which account you work at the moment, please open the main User Accounts page. The current user is displayed in the right part of the page.
