    Why does the “Windows Action Center” report that no Avira Antivirus is installed or that it is disabled?

    The “Windows Action Center” reports an error that Avira Antivirus is not installed or that it is disabled if the Windows 7 x64 SP1 operating system is missing the Windows Security Update KB3033929.

    Solution

    1. Uninstall Avira Antivirus.
    2. Install the required Windows Security Update (KB3033929).
    3. Reinstall Avira Antivirus.
