Emails that cannot be processed due to encryption or password-protected archives are moved to the Badmail quarantine. In many cases, it will then no longer be possible to forward the emails.
The reason for unprocessed e-mails can be examined in the processing log.
You can obtain details about a quarantined e-mail by calling up the Properties with a right-click on the email in the quarantine list.
On the Message tab, you will find the most important information at a glance.
The name of the Avira job that quarantined the email, the type of job, the server, the reason why the email was blocked and quarantined, and other processing details can be found under the Processing Log tab.
