    Hello Wayne Fritz,

    You have already contacted Avira Support. The digital assistant Mark also drew your attention to this:  "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level."  and  "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."  A satisfactory answer in the chat is only possible with your correct registration.

    Premium customers with a valid license and correct login can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”; via e-mail, support chat and (partly) telephone.

    You have not left any information about your OS with the current version number of the last update, including your Avira version number with the last update number in your post. Without specific information, it's hard to find anyone here in the community who has the same problems (?). Unfortunately, we here in the community cannot follow your concerns.

    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum - an user2user forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation, nor to your purchased Avira license.
