Charged for a phantom VPN subscription but couldn’t restore the subscription via app. That I downloaded from Apple store

    There is no synchronization between Apple and Avira. Therefore, no subscription or renewal is displayed in your Avira account.

    Should you ever reinstall the app, please select "Restore purchases" within the app. Apple will then recognize the subscription by your Apple ID and activate the app.

    Please excuse that we do not have a better / easier solution for you.
