    Hello Alfonso,

    Normally the first 500 MB are free according to the following instructions - with registration 1 GB per month.
    Why do you think that there are no more FREE?

    Customers of the Avira Premium products can contact the support team directly, otherwise a ticket for the Free versions can be created by the community. When opening the Community page, Avira points out the increased email volume:
    We currently have an increased e-mail volume. Therefore, there may be delays in response time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    If information comes from the support team, we will contact you immediately.

    Just say it like it is: it's not free anymore, it hasn't been for months, we are now forced to get Pro, even for 500mb

    Well, just to clarify: 500 MB/ month is free and refilled every month.

    With a valid subscription, there's no limitation.

    Thanks for your answer, Arthur.

    However, as you can see in this screenshot, it doesn't work: it requires Pro, even for 500 MB.


    You can see that I am logged in as a registered user.

    I even un- and again installed Phantom.

    It's simply not free anymore, I've seen this "Pro" for a few weeks now, everything is paid now.

    Hello Alfonso,

    This is correct. If you are on a free plan, just your nearest virtual location is available and encrypted. If you would like to use another virtual location a paid subscription is needed.
