First i have to mention that is very hard to contact Avira support or customer services,
I've tried here, on facebook and other without any answers for days !
I try to connect to my other account , i need to confirm login with a code that i should receive by sms, but i dont get any sms and so cannot login .
Can u contact me fast because i have to protect a lot of devices after reinstall and it's very important
