How to contact Avira Support ? Need it fast for account sms not received !

    Hello Polycrom,

    First we regret the inconvenience with the access to our service.

    Please register at https://my.avira.com  with the e-mail address, IMPORTANT: the one you used for your subscription when you placed your order.

    The license will always be activated automatically to the account with which the license was purchased. If you do not find the newly purchased license in your customer account, this means that you are not logged in with the e-mail address with which you received the invoice. There are 2 email addresses in your Avira customer account.
    Please check your address for the SMS confirmation, it must be the account that is identical with the invoice.
    We are a publicly accessible forum, personal data may not be questioned or processed here - basic data protection regulation DSGVO.
    For further questions about your customer accounts please contact the Avira Support:

    Your contract documents are available there and can be changed there.

    Hi,

    Thanks, but it's the problem, I no longer have access to my account polykrom@i*'***.com because ur system send me a sms for verification but I never get it 😭 so I can no longer access to my account, forums and so on.
    I saw I'm not the only customer that met this issue, so how can I do?
    I'm living in Belgium, is there an issue with operators here?

    I really need the license to reactivate my protection on more than 5 devices

    Yes, I read it and said that there are 2 email addresses in your customer account at Avira,
    the one with ixxxx and the one you write with here.

    The question is, why is there no access and why does the SMS no longer work ...

    If the email address can no longer be used with the activated license, it must be assigned to a new email address.
    Then you have to enter the reference number or transaction code (PayPal) and give us permission to search for your license and make a change. You will then receive an email from the Avira support team, which will contact you directly with your problem and you can enter the important data such as your reference number or transaction code. Your license should then be deposited in an accessible account. This will take a few days, as we can only initiate this on Tuesday due to public holidays.
    This way is not possible here, we are a public forum - privacy DSGVO.

    We regret that we cannot offer you any other possibility.

    My two emails are working... So that's not a issue with an old email address I have no longer access.
    My I... Login pass are working but it's just the sms I don't receive.
    So, where can I send u my references, order ID and so on?
    Do u have a dedicated email for this?
