Since using VPN websites come up in foreign languages
CompletedSince using VPN many sites I open are now in a foreign language. I now cannot use Yahoo, because I don't know what it says, and other pages as well, but not all. Search results come in English, but when I click on the links it goes to a foreign language. I in America and speak English only.

Hello Sandy,
Well if you've changed your virtual location via VPN it's possible that a requested website is offered in another language. This is a regular behavior as many websites are checking the IP address and offering a suitable website to offer a native experience.
Example:
Physical location --> Germany --> Requested website offers German content
Virtual location --> Spain -- Requested website offers Spanish content even when you're physically located in Germany
So, this is the way how a VPN connection works and is partly made for.

My VPN says 'Nearest Location' I'm in California, it should not lead to a foreign nation.
